I give my permission to process the information I provide to handle my participation in the Tonttukoulu.

Registration for the autumn 2021 season is binding after the start of the season. If a student stop training in the middle of the season, the season fee will not be refunded. If a student misses the period due to illness, part of the fee can be refunded against a medical certificate. The notification must be made in writing by e-mail to koulu(at)hurjaruuth.fi.

I give permission for the use of photographs taken in training activities (open doors / season shows). If photographs are taken, this will be notified separately. The photographs are only used in Hurjaruuth's own information and marketing.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. The data is stored only in Finland and is destroyed at the end of the season.
